Group therapy provides a safe therapeutic space where, under the guidance of one or more therapists, individuals process their struggles alongside others who have had similar experiences. It is not merely a conversation or an exchange of opinions, but a vivid experience of relationships. The group acts as a safe mirror in which, through the stories of others, you come to know and understand yourself.
For young people transitioning into adulthood, the group is a powerful tool. This period brings great freedom, but with it also invisible pressures: questions about careers, relationship struggles, fear of failure, and the often unspoken—yet no less burdensome—feeling of uncertainty. In the group, you’ll realize that you’re not alone in all of this and that the deepest shifts in our experience occur precisely through connection with others.
With this new cycle of group therapy led by co-therapist Pina Pušnik-Jamnikar, we’re creating a safe, trusting, and accepting space where you don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Group therapy allows you to connect with peers who are going through similar experiences, work through any anxiety you may feel about life’s big and small steps, and, together with us, build a stronger foundation for your everyday life.
The group is not just a place to share experiences, but a living experience of relationships. The goal of our meetings is to:
help you develop more effective ways to manage anxiety and stress;
recognize and strengthen your inner strength and independence;
gain clarity in making decisions about your studies, work, boundaries, and relationships;
and, above all, experience that your feelings are heard and accepted without judgment.
The common thread running through our work is open, therapeutic conversations focused on the future and finding solutions. The process is also complemented by more experiential and creative methods:
exercises to explore your goals and set concrete steps;
creative approaches (writing, artistic expression, role-playing);
movement and interactive activities to connect with your body and emotions;
peer learning, reflection, and genuine support within the group.

When we find ourselves in a difficult situation, we often feel the problem lies only within us — in our anxiety, loss of motivation, or feeling of not being good enough. But none of us lives in a vacuum…
Family is where we first learn about relationships — closeness, communication, and boundaries. Yet it is also with those closest to us that we most easily fall into the same conflicts and unspoken resentments...
In a partnership we all want the same thing: to feel seen, heard, and able to rely on each other. But when daily obligations, stress, or unresolved disappointments creep into the relationship…
Youth and the transition to adulthood bring a great deal of freedom, but also invisible pressures: questions about career, struggles in relationships, fear of failure, and a quiet sense of uncertainty…
